Infrastructures Available
We have Plant 1 Sheet metal works such as Laser cutting machine and Bending, Plant 2 – Sheet metal works and other Fabrication, Plant 3 - 8 Tank process powder coating and assembling plant, and all required hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to handle any type of work. We are also doing Sheet Metal process & Powder Coating requirements of customer needs. Our fabrications unit at Thuvakudi is fully equipped with all tools, plants and machinery necessary to carry out the panel fabrication work like HT / LT electrical panel MCCs, PCCs, bus ducts, junction box, and Transformer enclosures etc. complete. We are Partner with L&T to manufacture the type tested panels (IEC-61439). We also design and Fabricate the cable Tray (Ladder / Perforated), Raceways, supports & Earth clamps in various sizes
Sufficient testing equipment’s with NABL Aggregated laboratory certification with valid calibration of meters are available in our company.
We have in plant training class rooms with live demo classes at our Head office. In training room, we have installed and placed major electrical equipment’s i.e., VCB ACB, MCCB, MCB, CT, PT, Relays, Meters, DB’s etc., with testing kits for live demo.
